In addition to providing the mobile notary service, I also carry multiple blank documents (for a nominal charge) including:  Power of Attorney for Financial Decisions, Power of Attorney for Medical Decisions, Homestead, Bill of Sale, and general Notorial Statement.  Other documents can be obtained upon request.
